Wine and Style Guide
In this guide, wines are classified by their style, placing them in "families" or modules which share key taste attributes. This concept departs from the conventional approach of presenting wines by country, region or grape variety. I've arranged wines by fundamental attributes that truly matter, at the table with food. After all, that is the actual context in which we normally consume wine. Grape variety is an important but not exclusive element of the formula; in fact, you'll find the same grape in different style families.
